John joined Salida Capital in 2010 as a research analyst focusing on natural resource sectors. John brings with him 9 years of industry experience, specifically in the mining sector. Prior to joining Salida, John was a vice president, mining equity research at Macquarie Bank (formerly Orion Securities), covering eight producing and advanced exploration companies in the gold and base metal sectors. John began his career in equity research at Orion Securities as a mining equity associate working with a top-ranked analyst covering in excess of 25 companies. His experience has included in depth financial and technical analysis in the precious metal, base metal, bulk material and uranium sectors.
